The shipping and handling is FREE for Second Day Delivery (within US) . It is registered and insured with signature request. NO shipping to INDONESIA!! New York State residents are subject to 8.875% NYC Sales tax.

Expedited International shipping via FedEx or UPS will take 3 to 5 days. We ship from New York, New York, 10036 USA.
