- Has dust, dings and normal signs of age. Missing the key. I tested it with my spare key and the pendulum swung for a minute then stopped. The bell chimes on the hour when the hand is rotated. Does not keep time, will need some repair to function properly. Wood cabinet and glass door are in good shape.
