Damaged claims- We inspect our items very carefully before shipping. The packaging and inspection process for each item is documented carefully to protect us from fraud, parts removal or dishonest claims. However, there are some damages beyond our control that can occur. In these cases, we will help you with the filling process. Please bring the entire box to your local post office or FedEx to file a damage report and e-mail me the pictures immediately.

We only accept returns for unopened box and original seal intact. Some minor paint imperfections from the manufacturer or dented boxes from the shipping process are considered acceptable. Ask us about the condition before buy if the box\'s condition is important to you.
