Excellent quality antique inkwell by Waterlow & Sons of London.

Probably dating to the mid-19th Century, this lovely quality item has survived the years in excellent condition with only very minor fleabites to the base and some chipping to the neck, normally unseen, hidden inside the neck, beneath the brass collar.

The brass screw-top is a good firm fit and this inkwell screems quality.
Probably used when travelling, it would have
once graced a superb travelling writing slope etc.
Size: Around 1.75 inches square and 1.5 inches tall.
