this is a very early thin glass plate with a photographic image of dewsbury in west yorkshire, some names can be clearly seen on the shops, such as the albion hotel, surely a very rare image as it is well before the town hall was built, the glass plate measures about 13.9cm long, 8.7cm high. should really be in a local museum, you might be able to get prints made from this plate. im also listing another similar one that came with it. very difficult to photograph so viewing is very welcome.
