Estate find, this weighs APPROX 2.7 pounds on my postal scale. This is approx 7 1/4\" tall and 8.5 \" wide handle to handle and in VERY goodcondition with some minor scratching and a few tiny dings.The inscription reads, MILITON CUP BOSTON ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, ALL ROUND ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIP. It was won by Neil Doherty, May 21, 1890. Apparently Neil was quite the oarsman. Cup was made by Bigelow, Kennard & Co. Please note the green in the pictures is reflection of my shirt!
