Masterfully created doubleshank sterling silver ring featuring a beautiful thick cut gorgeous Tiger’s Eyegemstone that looks silky and iridescentwith attractive reflecting gold to brown hues!

What I like about thisring is that it is eccentric…the cut of the stone shows the depth of theTiger’s Eye gleam of light and very little polishing put forth to the ring….aunatural!!!! This ring rocks!!!!

This ring is in very vintage condition; look at thepictures of the backside, there are scratchesand backside is worn down...and a bit ofpatina too.

About tiger’s eye:

The unique appearance of tiger\'s eye is caused byfibrous inclusions. Light is refracted off of these inclusions giving tiger\'seye its chatoyancy (changeable luster) enhances its silky luster particularly when cut encabochon. But with tiger\'s eye, even flat-cut stones will reflect small rays oflight off the surface of stones. Some stones may exhibit a strong cat\'s eyeeffect which appears as single ray of light. Tiger\'s eye is an opaquestone that can be yellow to brown. It features a narrow gleam of light down thecenter that appears to move vertically along its surface as the light sourcesmove.
