The dish measures 7 3/8 inches in diameter at the opening and 12 5/8 inches across from handle end to handle end and 2 inches high. The dish weighs 10.56 troy oz. Marked on the base with Gorham\'s trademark and \"Sterling\" and \"1282\" and an unclear date mark, likely 1891. Engraved around the rim \"Appetite and health on both good digestion wait on\", or perhaps in a different order. There are three tiny dings within the base field and some shallow surface scratches in the bottom of the dish, otherwise in good antique condition. Paypal.
