Used by Star Wars Set Decorator Roger Christian as the basis for the original Luke Skywalker Light Saber for the original 1977 Star Wars. The 3-cell Graflex Flash hilt had details and parts added for the film to create the lightsaber given to Mark Hamill by Sir Alec Guinness. Even without batteries in it, this hilt has impressive heft, and actually feels like a weapon. This is just about as close as you can get to a real Star Wars prop without being super lucky or super wealthy...you will not be disappointed.1948 vintage graflex makes a great prop for conversion for lightsaber enthusiasts! Also a must-have for any vintage camera collector. Always handled carefully in great condition for considering how old it is (it\'s about 67 years old) this is as real as it gets!
