My first thoughts on this painting was that it is part of the canvas skin of a world war one bi plane. The canvas is thicker then most paintings and the back is painted as well. The artist of this painting was no one time wonder, but had to do paintings for a craft, just too well done for anaive painter.Image of paintings measures19 3/4” x17 1/2” and the frame measures25 1/2” x23 1/4 and made of barn wood for the rustic look”. Condition: rip in canvas and water stains at bottom, tape repair on back of canvas that is ready to come off, other then that great in every way, needs nothing but a wall.
