A Very Very Beautiful Griswold #12 skillet with Large Logo and Heat Ring... Black cast Iron....Collectible Condition.This skillet has been thoroughly and completely cleaned (electrolysis) back to the original bare black iron using no harsh chemicals or abrasives. Skillet has been seasoned, in an oven, using a cooking oil... a 3 step process. It can be used or displayed right out of the box. NO further cleaning necessary (or possible).NO cracks, NO chips, NO rust and NO pitting. It sets flat on a hard flat surface....tested on plate glass. Cooking surface is very smooth and shows little to no signs of prior usage. This skillet is very close to the condition it left the foundry.Note: This skillet is about as close to flawless as you will find.The black color is the result of seasoning ONLY...NO oils or greases have been added, after seasoning, to enhance photos or mask flaws.Item will be securely packaged and heavily padded for shipment.
