Gallot SIGNED 1920s French ART DECOSpelter/Marble ANTELOPE Figurine/Bookend/Ornament.
Standing approx. 8\" high overall on a black veined marble base approx. 6\"x 3\" and SIGNED GALLOT, this beautiful figurine shows an antelope leaping from typically stylised Art Deco foilage and judging by the shape of the base would probably have been one of a pair of bookends originally but looks beautiful as a stand-alone ornament.
In remarkably good condition with only a few tiny nibbles to the base and minimal surface wear commensurate with age.
