Estate Sale Fresh, Here we areoffering WONDERFUL, Old Cast Iron Fire Alarm Box with Brass Key, hinges and old red paint with gold accents at top. It is a Gamewell FireAlarm Telegraph Station of New York.It has a number 23 plate. It was found in the Wood Working Shop, attached to a piece of wood on bottom and is covered in wood dust, inside and out. We think that the previous owner was going to turn it into a table lamp.

This FireAlarm Box, overall measures approx. 12½\" x 8½\" x 4¼\"

This is pre-owned, well used and it is in VERY, VERY GOOD condition. It is empty inside. The brass Key does come out. Key turns freely to open & close the door.It has layers of Old, Red Paint with gold accents with chipping of paint on edges, age wear, scuffs on bottom, sides and back. It was found mounted to a piece of wood, was in a process of being turned into a table lamp, so it may have extra holes drilled into back and bottom. Also has years of wood dust in nooks and crannies. The Cast Iron has NO visible chips, or cracks and NO visible restoration. I Please view all pictures, to see more about condition.
