Here is a beautifully restored 1950\'s Gamewell \"U. S. F. S.\" Forest Service FireAlarmCall Box TELEPHONE and STREET PEDESTAL ASSEMBLY from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company. This is NOT a replica Gamewell Fire Alarm Call Box or pedestal assembly. However, a new professionally manufactured name plate was used to complete the U.S. Forestry Call Box. TheFire Alarm Box is made of cast aluminum (herculite)with an engraved metal \"U.S.F.S.\" name plate. It has a locking front door with an original Gamewell Lock and Key.TheFire AlarmBox and Telephone have a powder coated (baked on enamel)finish and are professionally lettered. Inside the Fire Alarm Call Box is a 1930-40\'s Western Electric, Model 211 Telephone that has been converted for use on today\'s telephone system. This Fire Alarm Call Box also features a working Top Light Assembly with a Green Glass Globe. The top light makes a great night light for your office, game room, den or other special area... Please note, a \"VoIP\" (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Telephone System such as available through Vonage or other Internet carriers will require a converter not provided in this sale.
