Garbage Pail Kids sketch original concept art Jay Lynch Earwax Zack GPKOriginal concept was hand drawn by Jay Lynch on an 8.5” by 11” sheet of white paper.I was lucky enough to work on Topps Garbage Pail Kids and had the opportunity to buy some of Jay Lynch’s original concepts for the card series. I have kept them in a binder and they came directly from Jay. I will include a letter of authenticity and will stand by it’s being a Jay Lynch original, please check my response.This was the initial concept drawing and gag for the card series. Jay would photocopy the card border and hand draw the concept into that border. Some of the concepts were used some were not and some got further modifications or were used in later series. Jay had an amazing sense of humor and it is the heart of the success of Garbage Pail Kids. These concepts are the birth of the final cards and are all one of a kind.The original drawing is from a smoke free Environment. I do combine shipping just ask and thanks for looking.
