At present as some of you know I am selling a lot of my \'Occult\' related artefact\'s, the reasons are pretty basic, i\'m disabled and need the money, a basic fact of life i\'m afraid.
So here we are again, i\'m selling my gargoyle faced phurba, its used for contemplation, protection and invocation. Its just over 6\" in length so most guys can work that one out without a ruler and its over 2\" at its widest point which is the crossed axe heads. Made from copper or brass sorry never can tell, it has an overlay in places of white copper and gold copper so has a very classic look.
When I invoke with it I place the phurba with the point facing away from me in between 2 t light candles, these allow shadows to be cast across the phurba. I watch these shadows and quietly call the name of the spirit, I do so until I notice that the shadow dance changes and its then that I know the spirit has arrived and waiting for my question. Sometimes all I want to do is make the contact and offer the spirit a gift, Tobacco or rum, some spiritslike honey, and after talking with them for a little while I end the invocation and leave them with their gifts. You must make them feel that you are not just \'wanting\' all the time or they can get very cross, when they do you\'ll know about it, so be nice, think of it a chatting up a girl or boy if youre a girl, you don\'t jump their bones when you first meet but buy them a drink or a meal and get to know them, then, well that\'s up to both of you.
The T lights last about 90 minutes so be prepared to wait and concentrate. It doesn\'t matter if you have a drink or cigarette during this time as it is thirsty and very tiring work, the spirits don\'t care and have been around a long time so waiting a few minutes isn\'t a problem to them.
You will see that the phurba has been placed on one of my invocation boards, currently on sale with , but you will not only get the phurba but also any other item on that board for free, initially I placed it there to give you an idea of size but then I thought give the buyer a present so you get that item f.o.c (only 2 items so don\'t think your getting the sofa or pillows, only goods shown on the board is that clear) Both are used for invocation & meditation and the use is described above. The freebee is over 150yrs old, called a Kris and is fragile as can be seen from the pics. I\'ve used it for years but now only use it as an altar artefact a focal point in meditating even though it has quite a bit of power in its own right.
If you check my other listings you will see that there are freebees there as well, to my mind it is better to let someone else use an artefact than allow it tofall into disuse. I cant use every occult thing I own even though they have all been used many times in their own right, now its time for them to be in a new home.I\'ve added 2 gargoyle candlesticks, some used and new Tibetan grave tokens (3) blessed by the Dhali Llama and a skeleton solar dancer to the board, if I find more freebees i\'ll let you know.
Sorry but my heads all over the place at the moment, I\'ve given you my way of invoking using the phurba but there is another and perhaps many more which are commonly in use. Stand facing NORTH and hold the phurba in both hands above your head, do not look up but face forward ok, close your eyes and take 10 very deep breaths, slowly inhaling and exhaling, after a couple you will feel slightly light headed but don\'t stop until all 10 are completed. Imagine that above your head there appears to be a white light, quite small but growing in size, as it grows you can feel the electric power inside the light waiting to be earthed, when you believe the light is large enough thrust the phurba into the light as hard as you can, suddenly you will feel a tingle of electricity run through your body as you earth the lightening the phurba will now take on the white glow. hold the dagger at breast height and begin your invocation, the tip of the dagger will buzz as it feeds the spirit you are summoning until it has fully manifested. That is a beautiful ritual to perform but difficult until you have mastered control of yourself, takes time but is worth it I swear to you.I do send goods overseas but stress that you must have insurance as goods go missing once they leave the UK.
