Gem Insider Sterling Silver Winter Ridge Kingman Turquoise & White Zircon Oval Ring
Cerulean dome ring crafted from polished plated sterling silver. Features one oval-shaped 20x11mm stabilized turquoise cabochon from the Kingman mine in Kingman, Arizona. There are 33 round cut 1.5mm white zircons in a prong setting surrounding the oval turquoise cabochon. Open filigree detailing covers the ring\'s shoulders. Stabilized turquoise weighs 9.50ct and the total white zircon weight is 0.66ct (both approximate). Ring is approximately 15/16\"L x 3/4\"W x 7/16\"H and is a size 8. This ring has never been worn. The retail value of this ring is $292 and it is sold out.
About Winter Ridge Turquoise -- Mined in the Kingman mine in Kingman, Arizona, Winter Ridge turquoise exhibits a dark cloudy matrix pattern that contrasts sharply with the deep blue colors found in the stone. Its name is derived from its unique coloring which is said to resemble the dark sky just prior to a menacing store. A rare vein of turquoise, Winter Ridge turquoise is stabilized and does not include any inks or dyes. The Kingman mine is the most productive turquoise mining operation in North America and is also one of the oldest mins in America dating back to when native American tribes mined turquoise from caves in the Mineral Park mountain range.
