For sale is a nice piece of new genuine Irish cotton unbleached muslin fabric from the 1940\'s--belonged to my grandmother. There is a seal/stamp on the fabric indicating genuine Irish made. Nice sturdy weight.
The piece measures 36\" wide by 9+ yds long. The material has finished selvages and has no holes, but some fold lines from storage. Perfect for crafts, quilting, etc.
There are, however, stains on the fabric. I cannot guarantee that they can be removed, but don\'t know if dry cleaning can help. Some stains are faint, and could be rust, but others are not. They are located throughout the fabric, but there are several long sections that do not have any stains. I have tried to document a fair sampling of the size and types of stains present.
No odors. Non smoking home.
