Ole Palsby was born in Copenhagen in 1935. He worked for more than a generation on the development and design of gastronomic tools- for the kitchen and table alike.
Ole Palsby has received a large number of prestigious Danish and international awards for his design, and his products are exhibited at all major design collections and museums all over the world.The well-known designer Ole Palsby is the artist behind the 925S series of wine and water decanters from Georg Jensen.
The decanters are of handblown glass with collars of Sterling silver. The collars are shaped so as to cut the drops in a perfect manner and the drops slide off the silver easily because of silver\'s special ability to let go of liquid.
This means that you can pour wine or water into a glass with accuracy.
