William Penn Sterling Shiebler Philadelphia Figural Souvenir SpoonOne sterling silver figural souvenir spoon in the William Penn motif and Philadelphia depicted in the bowl. The spoon is 4 5/16” long, excellent condition and never monogrammed. The spoon has Shiebler’s hallmark on the back of the handle, along with “Sterling.” Nice, traditional full figured souvenir spoon.
