Two unused Union patriotic covers from the Civil War period with a George Washington portrait design with Masonic symbols. Same design on both covers - one in full color and onein light violet. Charles Magnus, 12 Frankfort St N.Y. Design listed in the Weiss Union Civil War Patriotic Covers catalog as GW-25 with Verse 2107 \"The Father of his Country.\"Covers are complete and show some aging. One offer is for both covers.

I have recently acquired a large collection of unused Union patriotic covers from the Civil War period with different George Washington relateddesigns and will be offering the collection in various lots until the collection is sold. The collection is from an estate and is being sold on behalf of the family.So watch for more covers.

1) Shipping within the USA will be in a rigid mailer with a tracking number.

2) International shipping will be by standard First Class Air Mailletter with a Certificate of Mailing which proves the item was mailed. International tracking is not available.
