Description -A solid sterling silver George III salver by S C Younge & Co.Dated for 1819 and assay for Sheffield.A splendid Georgian salver which comes in a circular form with floral and shell shaped engraved decoration. Comes with a floral and scroll shape border.Stands on three lovely decorated feet and is engraved with a deer head crest to the centre.There is no engraved initials, monograms or inscriptions.The salver is 198 years old and comes in wonderful clean condition.A fine example and definitely one of the best quality salvers i have seen for sometime. A lovely collectors piece defiantly not to be missed.

The condition is excellent.The salver comes in fine clean condition with no dents, dings, knocks, splits, holes or repairs.The centre of the salver is in excellent condition with no wear to the engraved decoration. Looks to have never been used.The border and legs are too in excellent clean condition and stands perfectly well.The hallmarks to the underneath are clean and clear for there age which is very unusual normally rubbed.Overall a delightful Georgian salver, don\'t think you would find one so clean and top quality like this. A superb addition to a collection.
The measurements are diameter across 20 cm and height 3. 5 cm.
Any strange marks in the pictures are reflections not damage.
