German Antique doll head wood hat stand, Papier-Mâché head. Flirty eye. 9 1/2\"t. Unusual style felt hat. Some wear to the stand otherwise very good condition, no damage or wear to the face or felt.Several other styles available. From my personal collection.
If shipped by USPS, insurance will not show on the label. I pay a separate private co for insurance & all my items are insured.
My shipping charges are about the lowest in the biz. I pay for a shipping service thatallows me to ship 1st class &to provide lower cost insurance. It may be a day longer but doesn\'t justify you, the customer paying more. If you prefer Priority, don\'t pay til I can adjust the shipping charge after you notify me of that preference. I only charge actual costs & refund if its less to ship. I also recycle & save good boxes. Priority boxes that come to me are often damaged in shipping, they are too thin.
I prefer payment by secure Square Invoicing when possible, any credit card. Paypal fees are unreasonable & add to a sellers costs.
