For sale here is a beautiful German Black Forest cuckoo clock from Romance. Model 2708, the Der Froehliche Wanderer has a Swiss made Reuge music box that plays Edelweiss. There is a rabbit and a stag on the sides, and a removable stag head with crossed guns on top. Four dancers mark the top of the hour by dancing to Edelweiss, and the cuckoo bird comes out at the hour and the half. Measures 13\" tall by 10\" wide by 6\" deep. All parts are included, weights, pendulum, stag header piece, chains, music box, cuckoo bellows, chime, all inner works.
Condition:PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! This clock is pristine, well cared for, cleaned regularly by a clock maker. Exterior is like new, no scuffs, scrapes, or wear. Chime is like new, working. Music box is like new, working condition. Cuckoo moves/works, like new. Dancers move/work like new. Pendulum is pristine, like new. Weights are pristine, like new. CHAINS HAVE SLIPPED. This happened once before during moving, and had to be fixed by a clock maker. This time, my mom decided to buy a new clock instead of bother. So the chains WILL need to be put back onto the gears, it doesn\'t look accessible to me.
