DescriptionOffered for your collecting pleasure this seldom seen mint Infantry regimental stein. This stein belonged to reservist Maxim Kuhn. It is special because of the kneeling sharpshooter for a thumb lift. Reservist Kuhn served from 1906-1908 in King\'s Bavarian 20th Infantry regiment 10th Company \"Prince Rupprecht\" garrisoned in Lindau. This colorful stein has a full roster crisp and readable with many different classifications. The lid is tight to the handle. The pewter is flawless with no cracks or scratches. The lithophane is a picture of King Ludwig the 2nd. There is no spidering in the litho. The colorful side scene shows a reservist wooing a bar Frau to no avail. Beneath them is the blue and white rhombic shield symbolizing Bavaria as a whole. The blue upright Lion represents the old Bavarian administrative District of Upper Bavaria and Lower Bavaria.
