WW1 real photo prayer card (\"Sterdebild\" ), handed out to those who attend the church service. The size of the photo side (front) is 2.4 x 4 \". Joseph was a soldier in the militia, 1st Infantry Regiment, 3rd Company, who in death for the fatherland, expired as a result of a heavy injury, in a field hospital in France, on Oct. 25, 1916, age 32.
