This is a hand painted plaque made in Germany of what I believe is of the Black ForestI say this because I know it was obtained in the Black Forest back in theearly 1970\'sAs pictures show, it looks fine from a short distance but up close you can see that ithas scratches or scrapes along the upper half...Now you can have this rectified or, if you choose, you could just leave it as is because asstated, it still looks good.you be the judge....check all the pics to help decide
