Whether you loved or hated the 2017 movie starring Scarlett Johansson, it did try to replicate faithfully multiple scenes from the 1995 original anime movie, and this is one of those scenes! This is an original production cel of Major Motoko Kusanagi from Section 9 as she gets ready to strip into her \"nude\" thermo-optic camouFlage suit, and plunge off the side of a skyscraper to stop a foreign county getting their hands on a classified programmer. Based on the originalstory by Masamune Shirow that explored the concept of souls (Ghosts) in the computer. Original theatrical-sized anime cel, cel is 9\" x 14.5\" in size, figure size is an impressive 7.5\" x 3\". Includes a matching production drawing, drawing is just of her upper uniform that was moving in this scene. Comes on a color copy background that was specifically painted for this scene by a professional animator. Cels featuring the Major don\'t come up that often, and this is a great image, well centered, and would make a great display piece.
