Based on a Meissen design from the 18th Century, this discontinued and very hard-to-find pattern has Blue Fish Scale and Scattered Flowers trimmed in Gold on a Pure White ground. The shape is called Maria Theresia after the Hapsburg Empress of Austria who was the mother of the ill-fated Marie Antoinette, Queen of France.
Just imagine how magnificent your table would be laid with this stunning profusion of fine porcelain-- what envy it would inspire in anyone who were lucky enough to be invited to dinner!
