CONDITION: EXCELLENT- Marker on comic page bristol. NO marker conditions! The original title panel is a photostat. It is taped to the original art along the back left edge of the art board. It was originally shipped with the title stat folded back (where the 2 pieces are taped together-no art is folded) and will be shipped folded in this same manner.GIL KANEworked on Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, The Atom, Green Lantern, Thunder Agents, Brain Boy, etc. He did nearly countless covers for Marvel, DC, Dell.

Kane created some of the earliest Graphic Novels(pre-dating Will Eisner!)with his creations:

Gil Kane & Ron Goulart created Star Hawks priorto STAR WARS. It was only after the George Lucas film\'s phenomenal success that the syndicate reconsidered doing a SciFi strip and Star Hawks saw print.
Kane received the National Cartoonist Society\'s Story Comic Strip Award for his work on Star Hawks.
