Glorious! ANTIQUE 1860s Civil War Era Red Green Applique QUILT

An amazing, early quilt with a fabulous pattern of florals and buds. This pattern looks similar to blocks used in the famous Baltimore Album quilts of the 1850s.
This quilt has a white background.
It is masterfully hand quilted at 9 stitches per inch. Quilting patterns include hearts and the Star of David.
It is expertly hand appliqued with tiny, nearly invisible tiny stitches.
It is treadle bound.
It measures 75\" L x 78\" W
Freshly hand laundered.
Very nice condition with minimal wear noted.
There are a few light age spots, there are a couple of tiny surface holes (ranging from pin dot to rice size), and one flower has a couple of small surface thinning/wear spots. (See photos.) There is also some very light age tanning that was too light to photograph. One of the flowers had torn and we replaced it with authentic, matching 19th century antique red cotton, that matched perfectly.
Just beautiful, early quilt, to cherish!
