This is a Goebel Hummel Follow The Leader figurine.
Each child is following the one in front of them. The little dog watches on as the children play.
This figurine has trademark number 5 which dates it between 1972 - 1979. This one is marked 1976 with an incised mark.
It is also marked with the number 369, and the number 27.
This figure measures about 7\" in height and 5 7/8\" wide at the widest. It is in excellent condition with fine all over crazing, no breaks or other damage.
