Goebel Germany Porcelain Easter Bunny Rabbit in Bed Covered Candy Dish with Lid Up for sale is this adorable porcelain Bunny Rabbit covered candy dish manufactured by Goebel in West Germany. This hand painted dish features the cutest rabbit in bed tucked snugly under the blanket covers. The bottom has a brown basketweave design. This dish stands 4\" tall and measures 5-1/2\" wide and 6-1/2\" long. It is marked: Goebel W Germany and numbered 83 523-11 on the bottom. It is in excellent condition except for a small chip on the inside lip of the candy dish (see last picture) which is not visible when the lid is on the dish. Also some minor wear on the glaze on the edge of the bed cover (see second last photo), not very visible, just a little less shiny in that area. Vibrant colors, an eye-catching piece.Just a wonderful vintage Easter holiday display piece that you are sure to want to add to your collection.
