Offered with is an amazing .812 purity solid silver Austrian etrog / sugar box, retailed by Tiffany & Company! Hallmarked on body and lid, this piece is dated marked for 1855. Very rarely Tiffany produced silver for Europe and this is one of the few examples. Very ornate work on the egg shaped box. All hand chased. Heavily gold washed interior. No key but the lock should work. Measures 6\" tall x 5.75\" wide x 4.75\" deep. Weighs 531 grams. In very good condition for the age, with some light wear. The back leaf of the finial is missing, so is the tip of the right one.
