This sale is for a gorgeous antique crazy quilt and it is really stunning. It measures almost 20\" x approx. 47\" long and it has unfinished edges and it is comprised of some beautiful fabrics and it has thick velvet olive/army green borders on each side - and it has some incredible symbols incorporated into it such as a lovely American Flag - a moon - some stars - circles, a gorgeous fan, etc. It is a nice early quilt piece and it is very well done and it is in amazing condition for its age except it has some soil spots on the back (or I should say the back has darkened with age) and the wide velvet ends have lots of dings and some wool holes - even so you could replace them if you preferred a different fabric.I can\'t say enough about how beautiful the colors and fabrics are in this lovely quilt piece and the embroidered work in this quilt is exceptional. It is a fantastic find and as you can see it displays beautifully. Ihave more old quilt pieces listed.
