Gorgeous antique Zardosi hand embroidery applique - dense work, rich colors, huge and fabulous! Spectacular for pillows, or any creation that needs a dash of amazing.
The embroidery proper measures approx 18\" high, and 8\" across at its widest (approx 45 cm x 20 cm). Came from a blue silk gown. Photos taken in bright afternoon light.
Some small, loose threads to the embroidery; some storage discolorations, handling marks and dark specks to the silk.
