Here is another charger/plaque on this fancy Rococo mold that I consider to be the most beautiful of all of the Limoges chargers. The Rococo border has a wide band of rich Roman gold that remains in excellent condition with only minor losses to the ends of the handles and the high points of the design. The Rococo handles are also heavily decorated in Roman gold. Painted against a background of soft lilac porcelain are beautiful blossoms in pink, white and yellow on stem and leaf. The floral display on this one is quite spectacular. Shadowy foliage in the background adds additional depth to the gorgeous display.

This charger/plaque/tray measures 15 1/4 inches across the handles, 12 inches from top to bottom, and 1 3/4 inches deep. The charger/plaque/tray is marked with the Granger underglaze factory mark 2 in green used from 1922-1938 and the Straus, Lewis ans sons overglaze export mark in blue that was used from the 1890s to the 1920s. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or damage of any kind to this striking charger/plaque/tray.
