This is a vintage used Graflex Graflok Back #9291 for Graflex 4x5 cameras. It is in great usable condition and is complete with it’s Fresnel screen. Cosmetically used, it shows marks, some missing paint and minor oxidation but no damage or abuse. The Graflok Back was a relatively late enhancement to the Graflex’s Graphic camera series. The Graflok Backs have a removable focus panel and a Fresnel screen and features sliding lock mechanisms to hold a variety of film backs after sliding ground glass holder from the back. The Graflok back is the standard for most view cameras today appearing on cameras of all sizes and manufacturers. The Graflok back is compatible with standard 4x5 sheet film holders, Grafmatic 4x5 sheet film magazines, 120 roll film adaptors, Polaroid backs, Kodak ReadyLoad and Fuji QuickLoad systems and pack film holders.
