A WONDERFUL evil looking upper-torso shot of the villain! He looks so large! Probably because these are 16-field cels (16\" x 12.5\"). This came from a Disney Producer. It is of course from the 1986 feature: The Great Mouse Detective. It has the Disney seal and COA! It is actually 3 cels. There is a staple in the upper left corner that does not affect the art.
Matted to 16\" x 20\". NOTE: the reflections on the cel are from our poor lighting - the cels are fine.
