You are looking at awonderful classic Gymbo the Clown from Gymboree Play & Music Classes (was bougth there but not used ina class).He'sreally large, 3 feet tall (36inches from head to toe). He's plush with velcro fastened clothes. There areelastic straps on thehands and feet so your child can pretend to make him move by fastening him to their feet and or hands. My son didn'tuse him this way :) He has been in his room for years, then placed in the closet. He isCLEAN and comes from a smoke free home. There are no rips, stains, or holes to him. When you undo his velcro in the back, you can see where the materialgathered from the velcro. Healso has his name on his hat. Great for a Gymboree fan and/or child going to the Play & Music classes like we did. I can remember how they'd have the kids "find" Gymbo to come out and play and sing the famous "Gymbo the clown goes up and down, up and down, up and down...."

Shipping is via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, via the shipping calculator. If an item is 13 ounces and under it goes via First Class Mail. If 14 ounces and over it has to go Priority Mail (this is an Postal Rule, not mine). I LOVE to combine shipping to save you money. I strive to make my buyers happy and offer a return policy on almost all of my sales with fewexceptions.

However, lately, I have come across some buyers who simply do NOT know their sizes (and I\'m talking about brand new with tags clothing). Know your sizing and if you\'re thinking of returning something DO NOT cut the tags off and wear it. Yes, this has happened to me lately.

Lately I\'ve noticed quite a bit of return policy abuse. Ex. I recently sold a brand new pair of boys pajamas in a size 5 to a woman who\'s son was 5 1/2 years old (kid pajamas always run small and most buy a few sizes up). She took the tags off, her son wore the bottoms, washed them and then wanted to return the set claiming the top was too small. Yes, I\'m not kidding. You can\'t wear half of a set and want to return it after wearing and washing. Ughhhh.....

FYI... In case anyone was wondering why many of my son\'s clothing items are either NEW NWT or worn less than 3 times is because my son was adopted. Much of what he has was bought way ahead of time before we got him. Once here, he grew and flourished fast and many items were not worn. Anything worn out goes to charity.

When selling other items, I over buy for my son and we\'re also avid collectors of many things. I have to thin out my collections or buy a bigger house :)

Regarding returns... On most items I accept returnd if you are not satisfied etc.... I feel obligated to reiterate \'s return policy for you as I think it is unclear for most buyer and sellers.

When you return an item, return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and are NOT refundable. Once the item arrives back to the seller, the seller has only 3 day in which to refund the buyer the original cost of the item and the orignal shipping price.

There has been confusion on where buyers want the seller to refund the cost to ship back the item. I even tried to do this for a buyer once and I could NOT as Paypal has a provision on refunds that a refund cannot exceeed the original cost of the itme and original shipping costs. Please know this ahead of time and if there is ANY problem, contact me first to work things out. I PRIDE myself on making my customers happy and satisfied. That being said, to avoid any confusion, I am super detailed and include up to 24 pictures on each sale.
