Up for sale is a great Vintage Halloween Painted Paper or Paper Mache CANDY CONTAINER BASKET stamped Germany with 2 tags marked HC CAPWELL as well as Original 10c price tag. The Original CAPWELL\'S Department Store opened in Oakland California in 1889 and was rebuilt in 1912 and again in 1929. It measures approx. 5\" long x 3 3/4\" in diameter x 5\" tall and is in displayable condition with repaired handle and damaged bow as shown.
