DescriptionA wonderful huge 13\" x 10.25\" size, genuine Englishantiquesolid sterling silver photo frame by the silversmith William Neale Ltdand with full English silver hallmarks forChester 1932.Excellent quality original84 year oldsterlingsilver frame, (definitelynot a modern re-production), handsomesize,decorated in a beautiful stylisedArt Nouveau design with embossed flowers and foliage and it is all original and complete with its solid wood backing and hinged easel stand. Also hasits protective glass. Small period monogram in cartouche, partially erased and no longer readable. Very rarely found in this size.

MeasurementsImpressive size, measures approx. 13inches (329mm)x 10.25 inches (260mm). The photo opening is 8 inches x 6 inches. DateEnglish antique solid sterling silver with afullset of silver hallmarks for Chester 1932(date letter slightly obscured but is the letter \"G\". Could also possibly be 1914, date letter \"O\".). Also has a date registration number, \"Rd 431632\".Maker Silversmiths initials \"W.N\", (William Neale Ltd).ConditionGoodcondition and ready to be used. There are no nasty knocks or dents, or repairs, just has some time age-related wear holes on the highest points and little surface dents/bruises, honestly nothing at all bad, see photos.The solidoakbacking and easel stand are all original and still in great condition and the easel stand works perfectly. The stand hinge and metal retaining catches are in good order and the glass has no cracks or hairlines.
