Seating material and padding is not dried out or brittle. Seat has patina, marks, etc. Original bottom carpet padding. Carpet is hanging in areas. Square panel stitching isintact. Pointing to a few small tears on bottom edge and on top of backrest. Overall seat is in nice condition for age. Some of the mounting stud threads need chased/cleaned. Several small spots of silver paint overspray on material.
