Franked with Two Hawaii Scott#35 and a MH cancel #222.02 scarcity 3. HAWAII #35 TIED TO A RARE COVER BY THE "PUMPKIN FACE" CANCEL, MEYER HARRIS #116. LATER FORM OF MARKING #115, AS ALTERED IN 1877 BY SHORTENING THE PINS SO THAT THEY PRINTED AS TINY CIRCLES, THUS MAKING A DESIGN SUGGESTING A PUMPKIN FACE.
