DescriptionA Limited Edition fine porcelain plate produced by Franklin Mint in 1993 titled \"Symphony in Black\" and numbered G4234. Based on designs by Erte, a Russian-born French designer who was a leading exponent of Art Deco in the 1920\'s and 30\'s, the plate features a glamorous lady with a greyhound. It is done in black with platinum highlights and trim and a few pops of color here and there (violet eyes and red lips}. It measures 8 1/4\" in diameter and is free of flaws save one scratch in the black dress that is difficult to see unless held in direct light. A great Art Deco piece. Thanks for looking.
