Princess Diana handwritten letter
An original handwritten letter by HRH Princess Diana thanking a friend for her birthday card. The letter is written across two pages (three sides) on Kensington Palace crested paper, dated July 5th 1983. The letter was written a year after the birth of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge. A lovely line regarding the Prince reads \"It\'s marvelousto be home again and hopefully we won\'t have to do any more travelling this year ... wishful thinking! William recognised us instantly which was a relief as sometimes children resent their parents leaving them!\". Signed at the conclusion \"Diana\". The 7.5\" x 4.75\" pages in excellent condition with original mailing fold across the middle. Some light ink smudging to the first page.
