This is SUPER RARE HUGE Antique posible Von Schierholz Dresden Porcelain Compote with Applied Flowers, cherubs and lace details.

It consists of two sections - the top basket and the base.

The top basket has is flared with pierced designs and lot of flowers. It is decorated in the Dresden style. The quality of the porcelain and decoration indicates a very early piece.It has a male base insert.

The base is decorated with three small children/cherubsdancing/ playing around the pole

The compote is approximately 21\" tall to the rim and 9\" in diameter at the base and 13\" by 9\" the opening of the top bowl at the rim.

It is in very good condition, no cracks or crazing. There are few very small chips to flowers and repair to one arm - see the pictures.

Exceptional collector’s piece. Would have a place in any collection.

This is a piece of history that everyone will be proud to have.
