Payment required within 4 days, you must tell me if you need more time. On the 5th day we file a NPB case unless we hear from you. If you require additional time we will accept reasonable requests; please ask in advance of purchase. On items that offer free shipping we reserve the right to pick the carrier. Free shipping items are normally wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper, if you want items shipped in a box, there is a fee. Just email us and we will invoice you. Returns are allowed within 14 days of sale; you must return the item in the same condition and packaging materials you received them in to qualify for a full refund.
