We work with many of the HIGHLY RESPECTED TRADERS throughout the country. Most of our items are purchased from them or collectors and are SELDOM bought from random pawn shops, antique stores or off . We research each one personally for added verification and if ever in doubt we ask other experts in the field for verification until we are confident in what we say about any particular item. If doubt still remains, we either say it or don\'t sell it at all. Returns

RETURNS: ALL purchases may be returned within 14 days for any reason. Due to the nature of sale items we do charge a 15% restocking fee unless the item is exchanged for something else or it was grossly misrepresented in the listings and could not have been seen in the photographs. There is NO restocking fee on BUY IT NOW items. Please notify me in advance of any return so that I can be prepared to receive it. REFUNDS ARE FOR THE SELLING PRICE OF THE ITEM. We do not refund return shipping under any circumstances.

TRADE BACK PROGRAM: If at any time within 6 months of your purchase you start to doubt the authenticity of the item you purchased or the materials it contains, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve your doubts or will trade back the item for something that you feel more comfortable with. Trade backs will be taken on a case by case basis. It is not for the purpose of simply trading it in for something that you like better although is some cases that may be an option. Please just contact us to discuss your options as it is our goal to make you happy!

LAYAWAY: We understand that sometimes we fall in love with an item that is just beyond our financial grasp. We try to make it easier for you by providing a layaway program. Please email us for more details.

PAYMENT: Payment is due within 7 days after the sale closes. We accept all forms of credit cards through PayPal or you contact us to arrange to pay with your Visa or Master Card if you do not wish to use them.

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are calculated using the shipping calculator. We take full responsibility for your item until they are delivered to your doorstep. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation at NO cost to you. We offer FREE signature confirmation and FREE insurance on all items over $250. We insure through Shipsurance, our 3rd party insurer so it is not noted on the label. Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive you order. We ship on Tuesday and Friday however due to the holiday season we will ship throughout the week. Clearly we do not over-charge for shipping and encourage you to leave us 5 stars.

INTERNATIONAL: USPS International Priority Flat Rate shipping is much cheaper than Regular Priority however it is NOT TRACEABLE but we will ship flat rate upon request at your own risk. We ship regular international priority shipping which does INCLUDE TRACKING and we will insure items from $250-$1000. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TAXES, DUTIES OR DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS.
