ANY item listed that is seasonal/holiday must be physically mailed/returned within 3 days of receipt. You can\'t purchase something a week or so before the holiday, use it and then return it when the holiday is over.
You must include delivery conformation on your return. Item must be received back in the exact condition it was shipped to you.For \"Damage\" Claims:
You will need to notify me (via Contact Seller using the I HAVE A QUESTION feature) and include pictures. (Several from different angles unless the item is clearly broken in half or something).
You will need to save the item and all shipping material until the claim is closed. The post office may request to see this. I will file a claim with the post office. PLEASE BE PATIENT. They can take several weeks to process. I will refund once the post office refunds me. I have to now do it this way becuase some buyers did not save the item/materials and the post office requested them. Since they couldn\'t see them, they denied the claim and it cost me $175! (That was just for one claim!)For \"Wrong Item\" Claims:

There are BILLIONS of shades of colors and different names for them! Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Original shipping is non-refundable. \"Free Shipping\" is listed because the shipping is calculated into the selling price. This allows for more cash back/ bucks to the buyer. There is not a feature within to list it as \"Shipping is already calculated into the overall price of the item\".
